If an item is refunded due to incorrect item, damaged item or other problems of the item, the shipping fee will be handled as below.

There is only 1 item in one order, and the item is refunded.
→ The shipping fee will also be refunded.
There are 3 items in one order, and all 3 items are refunded.
→ The shipping fee will also be refunded.
There are 3 items in one order, and 2 of them are refunded.
→ The shipping fee will not be refunded.
Also, please note that if the item is cancelled due to personal reason, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
